General Terms and Conditions

1. Technical Organisation

All excursions and maritime services are technically organised and operated by BONADEA II Catamarán, based at:

2. Prices and Requirements Fares: 

  • The price of each excursion is clearly stated in the booking details. 
  • Infants (under 12 months): They travel free of charge as they are not considered passengers requiring a seat. However, they must be included in your booking to comply with the vessel’s capacity regulations. 
  • Children (under 11 years old): To benefit from the child rate, valid identification proving the child’s age may be requested upon boarding. 
  • Canary Islands Resident Discount: Valid official documentation (Certificate of Residence) must be presented. Failure to provide proof will result in the cancellation of the discount, and the price difference must be paid before boarding. 
  • What’s included: Eco-tour with a guide specialising in cetaceans, snorkelling equipment (for tours of 3 hours or more), third-party liability insurance and port fees. 
  • What’s NOT included: Transfers from the hotel, food or drinks outside the boat, parking fees, souvenirs or merchandise.

3. Bookings 

Official bookings can only be made via our website (www.bonadea2catamaran.com), our official booking hotline, the company’s email address, or expressly authorised distributors.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Requests: 

  • Cancellations must be submitted via the contact methods listed in Section 1.
  • Company’s Rights: BONADEA II reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for organisational reasons, vessel occupancy, technical issues or adverse weather conditions. 
  • Weather/Technical Issues: If we cancel for these reasons, no charge will apply. We will offer a comparable alternative date. If the alternative is not accepted, a full refund will be issued. 
  • Customer Cancellations: Notice given more than 24 hours in advance: 100% refund of the amount paid. Notice given less than 24 hours in advance: No refunds will be made. 
  • Refund Processing: Depending on your payment method, refunds may take between 1 and 10 working days to appear in your account. 
  • Acceptance: These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted at the time of booking, binding both parties to comply with them.

5. Liability 

We accept no liability for lost items, damage or loss of personal belongings during the excursion. We recommend that you keep your electronic devices and valuables secure at all times.

6. Pets on Board 

Due to the nature of our vessel, we only accept small, well-behaved pets (weighing less than 12 kg). You must contact us to obtain approval before finalising your booking, in order to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.
