  • Service Provision: Your first name, surname and email address (required during the booking process) are used exclusively to issue your service ticket and carry out the activity. No Marketing: We respect your inbox. We do not send unsolicited advertising or commercial communications to our customers. 
  • WhatsApp Communications: Our WhatsApp channel is used strictly to respond to customer enquiries. Once your queries have been resolved, these communications are deleted from our system. 
  • CVs and Recruitment: Any CVs received will be retained for a maximum period of 12 months for recruitment purposes, after which they will be permanently deleted.

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the business relationship or for as long as is necessary to comply with legal obligations and to address any potential liabilities arising from the purpose for which it was collected.
